Are any of my fatsecret buddies still around? I need help and motivation. I'm here because I am so unhappy that I gained most of the weight I lost back but I don't feel psyched out like I did before. I want to feel excited about losing weight again. I will probably get more excited when I start to see some results but right now I just feel kinda ...... Blah....
