Diario de Made4more, 27 sep. 11

I ate breakfast and exercised. I got lost in one of my favorite shows "Castle " while I was hula hooping. I go to work tonight at 7p-7a. I am so tired. I hope I'll be able to squeeze in my thirty minutes tomorrow before I have to go back to work at 7p.
75,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 11,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

hang in there... it gets easier with consistent exercise and you'll have more energy as a result

I LOVE Castle! It's easy to get lost in. Plus if you are thinking of the show, you may do more exercise than you were planning on, which is good. :-)

If you are so tired that you think you don't have it in you just get dressed and tell yourself you will only do 15 minutes. Then once you get into it decided if you can do another 15 minutes. When I do that I end up doing the full work out anyway. But if you end up not getting dressed and can't find it in you to do 15 minutes make sure to get some abs and push ups in. That will give you a little something. And who knows after you get those in you may change your mind about your work out. Regardless of what you decide. Don't beat yourself up. Make the decision and then move on from it. Tomorrow is a brand new day. Get the work out in then if you have to, 2 workouts if you can on your day off and then you can make up for the one you may have missed.

that is true about getting lost in a show.i put on the great food truck race,normally a half hr. show,and after i while of exercise machine my feet were killing me.so i stopped and checked the dvr.it was an hr. episode!
