I was doing some research on why it's recommended that a weight loss rate be absolutely no more than 3 pounds a week. I just want to officially say that if I work my tucci off and I don't see a pound or two gone every day or every other day, I am salty and dissatisfied. So, I let my body cue me when it's ready to take a break and I step up from the ultra lo-carb to slightly carb conscious for like 3 to 4 days. I was looking-I'm ALWAYS looking at my naked self and honestly, I like what I see. Now that I have identified what has been working, I am going at it full tilt and will be very aware of it all when setting my future weight loss goals.
