This was my first time gaining weight but I must say it was a tough week. My dad died and I was traveling to help take care of things. I took the shakes and had a couple but was stressed and emotional too and just wanted some regular food. While I made better choices in the long run I still gained a pound but I tell myself it could have been much worse if I had eaten the way I had before now. But I am back on the program and dealing with the emotions and trying to not let it cause me to eat. I can do this.....
