I got 13,000 steps yesterday and tracked all my food and got 106 g of protein while still staying under my calories goal. Lifted weights yesterday and feeling the soreness today. And today my weight is the lowest it's been all year! Maybe I've finally left the plateau I've been on for past month or two.
