Not worried about the weight wobbling up and down. It'll come back down. I haven't been working out as hard because of my back pain. I've been meaning to do some yoga and haven't got around to it yet. Don't want to push myself too hard but I also don't want to get complacent and not try as hard as I can in my situation.
