Not sure why I am up 2 lbs. I am sad but not too bad. I can tell that I have lost inches and I have been doing the best I can on the diet. Maybe a few cheats here and there but oh well. I still walk every morning and I haven't skipped a day of exercise in 2 weeks. The weight loss will happen.

B - Fiberone with FF soy milk and a grande coffee with 3 splenda
S - nutragrain bar
L - Tuna with lite miracle whip and cucumbers
D - Tilapia and zucchini

Workout - 35 mins on treadmill (2.2 miles)
87,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 12,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Ganando 1,0 kg a la Semana

I think YOU are doing GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!! You are doing as well as the other 95% of us, i think!!!There may be 5% that really stick to this or any other one so trueblue, they probably feel they will turn BLUE!!! I think we are all giving it, our best!!! I am proud of you for your success, keep up the good job!!

Oh dear...I'm up 2 lbs too and I don't know why. I'll post more on my journal today. I'm just so sad too...but I'll keep going...Keep your chin up and we'll get thru this!
