I guess I am doing ok . I have been told to stop all sugar substitute which is hard for the morning I like just one cup of coffee with it so I will be gradually cutting that out . An I really do not understand about the adkins bars . How come the adkins site says you can have them . I have one a day . But am not loosing as much as I would like to like I'm stuck and I shouldn't be since I am exercising alot . Or maybe its because I am not eating enough and exercise is burning it off . uggg so confused but I am not discouraged I am happy and feeling well and I will conquer this. Because it is getting better and I take it one day at a time . That's all we can do .

I looked at your food entry, you are really low on your foundation vegetables and not enough fat. You need 20 net carbs per day, with 12-15 of that net carbs from foundation vegetables. You are allowed up to 3 sugar substitutes each day, you don't have to give that up. From everything I have read and been told, you must follow induction VERY closely and you HAVE to get at least those 12 net carbs in daily. Maybe that will help things move along for you.

If your feeling well and happy I wouldn't worry too much. You may be gaining more muscle with all the exercise your doing,and that's why the scale isn't moving. Your doing great keep it up. well done.

the net carbs is a big scam a carb is a carb i get my info from dr gregg ellis you should look him up he really knows how to do the the low carb diet right amazing info.
