Morning weigh in after a bowl of cottage cheese. I normally go to the gym and weigh myself after a full day of food - but went this morning because of time constraints. Good to see that it was relatively consistent to the last weight, that I thought was low because of water weight.

83,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 11,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 6,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
