Diario de slease, 10 sep. 09

Weighed in at my meeting on Tuesday and I was down .8. I am excited about this because we travelled to Virginia to stay with friends over the weekend and I wasn't exactly following the plan perfectly. We ate at McDonalds and Arby's while on the road and I was careful with points there. We were out boating with our friends and I must admit to drinking several beers (Mich Ultra so not too bad) and eating a few things that I shouldn't have. Anyway, a very good result for a weekend away. It gives me the motivation to keep on going.
