Great job, you are doing great. Keep up the good work, it will come off...I am struggling right now on getting out of the 170's...seems like I have been here forever....I am even working out with a trainer two times a week 

Its interesting to read how many of you have then new plan already. Here in Ontario, Canada we are only getting it next week! I am kind of nervous about it, sounds like there is lots of food. I am losing really slow now on the gold plan...hope its not going to slow me down even further. Any help:
