Well I gained 2 lbs on vacation in Florida. I enjoyed myself, and I gained. BUT I have to get back on track again, and not look at it as a negative and sink back into my old ways. I was letting myself slip. got back last Tuesday and continued vacation food habits. I knew it wasn't right, but kept doing it. New week, better choices. I didn't gain all.of this weight overnight, I'm not going to lose it that way either. One day at a time.
