Stayed steady! I am pleased to be back to normal eating! It was a 7 day plan but I did 6 and lost 5 pounds! It was my Mums birthday today so I eate homemade pizza and a small blueberry muffin! Whilst on the plan it was so bland I almost lost interest in food! THANKS FOR ALL THE COMMENTS!

It is so hard to stay eating healthy with kids so i think you are doing great-- the key is not to give in and eat healthy most of the time--i fell off the wagon today just a bit but now i'm back on track-- hugs, Christy
