Diario de sarita-b, 13 ago. 09

Had a loss this morning, hope it sticks. It feels like it should, changing up my exercise routine I think has helped. I have been trying to run in the mornings before work at least twice, but try for three times a week, and swim once a week, on top of 4 regular gym days. Either doing two workouts in a day or filling in my "non-gym" days. Hope everyone else is having a good week!!

eatings been good. I've really been paying attention for the past few weeks, because I was recognizing that it's not the exercise but the little changes in my eating, being more stickler about it, that's gonna be the thing to help--after a lot of hemming and hawing of course, and I've really been trying to watch what i eat on the weekends. Making an effort to record even if just on a piece of paper.

You're so right...it's all about the eating. Eating right is what helps you lose weight, exercise just keeps it off. : )
