I too am starting...again... Been away for a few years and gained 40 pounds.. Stay strong lady.. you can do it.. I had best results when I was keeping track of my calories and exercise daily.. Made me accountable to myself. :-) ..Good for you for starting back again. Take care..

Thanks Julie! I can't seem to get on track and stay there anymore. I know I have to fully commit myself to this heart and soul. I'll get there eventually.
