I have gone astray. I think carb creep sneaked up on me and those nasty cravings are back. I am tired often and haven't worked out in about a month. It is time to get back to the basics. I am going to do induction again and kick those cravings. I am going to start back on the treadmill tonight and kick things back into gear. I have been playing w/the same few pounds for over a month and added a little on the tape measure. Well past time to kick myself in the butt.
