My appetite is still poor. It comes and goes. I only eat to keep alive. Once in a while I have an amazing meal, but mostly just for fuel. It's been 8 weeks since my one and only left me, and it hasn't got any easier. In fact it's probably harder right now as reality is really setting in.

I wish there was something I could say to console you. Fact is, I would be a train wreak! You seem to be doing well considering. Give yourself the time you need, maybe seek out a bereavement group. Sure helps to talk to folks feeling the same pain.
