They tell me it is plateau time...with now going to the gym doing weights and aqua jogging I am building a bit of muscle..well thats good but I am not happy about the non weight loss..I mean u work so damn hard every week to take weight off and it just staying there sort of pees me off so to speak...suppose u can't win them all ha.Hope all u guys and gals out there are having a great week.

Think about how healthy you are, not how much you weigh:)) Think about how your clothes fit, the inches you've lost, not just the scales. Keep going!!!

think about how strong and empowered you are! The weight will start to come back off once your body readjusts to the weights you are lifting. The aqua jogging should help burn more calories also to help you lose weight. Just don't give up you are doing really really good!

I too, am on a plateau so I know your frustration well. Have you been measuring yourself every week? With the exercise you should at least see some drop in your measurements which indicates some fat loss. My measurements have still been going down a little at a time so that is some consolation when the scale seems to be stuck.

I will never give up, that comment that I got about plateau has made me even more determined...I am GOING to loose weight next week.U know something guys..u r all so awesome.
