I recently feel that my hamstrings, especially the left one, get a little too tight (or a kind of bigger)...? I know many of FIRM workout include lots of squat movement, and I do it with deeper pose. I used to do the same workout last year, but I had never felt like this. It's strange. I don't like my hamstrings get bigger, and I don't like to have my left hamstrings to be noticeably bigger than the right one.

I feel my right hip joint is a little awkward (or it's just in my head), and maybe that's why I am unintentionally using the left leg more than the right one. I need to pay attention to make the workout even for the right side and the left side of my body... Besides, I want to have more effect on my glutes from squats, so I probably should focus on my glutes during doing squat too.

So this is the third week I was able to do workout five days a week since last fall. It's great so far. This weekend is technically my rest day, and I have plenty of homework and exams (due on Sunday) piled up. (Super Bowl? What is that?) If I feel like it, I may try squeeze some short workout, I'll see.
