INDUCTION BEGINS TODAY!!!

up and down we go....wheeeeee!!!
Yup! I was at my lowest on Fri and doing pretty well, but then had to go to a dinner party that night, so after working out well, and planning to watch my carbs, I did succumb and had pasta, roasted potatoes, (mozarella/tomato salad), and CAKE w ICECREAM!!!! Damn! that tasted GOOODDD!! Hadn't had desserts in a while as far as I can remember...so it was worth it..
Surprisingly, the next day weight didn't seem to have gained!! That intense workout must have helped. Sat night for dinner at a cambodian restuarnat I did good by just having my tofu curry dish and skipping the rice entirely! Shared a salad (with some sweet-dressing and crushed peanuts--unavoidable!), and fried tofu..Was planning to be good the rest of the evening. So between three bars we went to, I managed to have only 1 glass of wine (pretty darn good, i'd say!)...but then around 3 in the morning, we were all still hanging out, and that's when all hell broke lose...had more wine, and then 3 small slices of pizza, ritz crackers, and some pasta!!!!
Sunday morning, the disaster continued and I went and got a chocolate chip muffin with my coffee!!!!
All of this has cost me a 3 pound gain, but as of today I went back on induction for 2 solid weeks--monday to monday!!! Should see some dramatic results when paired with working out!!
workout today: 30 mins on treadmill with 2 runs of 10 mins each (2.37 miles, 253 calories), 4.8 miles run-3.8 miles walk 33 mins on bike: 9 miles, 185 calories 20 mins on elliptical: pretty light 300 abs crunches: 100 forward, 100 reverse, and 100 obliques
Meals: breakfast: boca burger panfried in oil (2 c), with 1/2 low carb tortilla (2.5 carbs), and 1 cup soy milk (2 c) coffee with half and half (4) dinner: sauteed califlower curry 1/2 a head(8 carbs?) total: 18.5 carbs
