So finally after all the holiday eating and after holiday cheating...i am back 100% on Medifast. Feeling great and so happy to be losing again. I am finally after 6 years of up and down weight back to my pre baby weight. Now i am working on the weight i gained when my husband & i were dating....that would be the next 20lbs to go. Good luck everyone!!
