Didn't loose anything and I cannot feel any difference in my clothes. I do feel much more energetic though and starting to jog on our morning-walking 6km route. Still trying to figure out how to eat 'correctly'. Was used to starve myself to loose weight. I don't like myself (mirror image)... so I'm working on my self-love-despite-the-image I see staring back at me.
