Our bodies are made of 60% water, which means our weight can change hourly. All the food we eat, hormones, stress, sodium, exercise, etc. can effect our weight. When you weigh in almost daily, you need to realize that your weight is going to go up and down. That is why many people only weigh in once a week (because the scale drives them up the wall). The most important thing is the overall downward trend over a period of time. Your chart has a mostly downward spiral, so you are doing fine. The scale is only one way to measure weight loss success. How are clothes fit is another. Try to look at the big picture (how far you have come). Losing weight takes a lot of patience and persistance. Just keep going and you will get to your goal.
