Even when 100 grams more, i feel awesome, and that counts like 200 grams less. I know I have been doing things correctly, I'm not cheating myself nor the diet. So I believe this little stop, is my body telling "Waaait a minute! i think we are losing too fast" And I agree, i want to do this a slow but constant self-improvement. So I'm happy, I just have to continue, and add more food to my diet! I'm not eating enough, a added the needed carbs, the last days to get higher energy levels, but still am really low on calories count, have to add up a little. Will work on that... But Happy :)
