Well I was bad this weekend. I'm not proud of myself. I had a big fat splurge over Memorial Day weekend and I paid for it on the scale. Friday morning I was 249.2 and by Tuesday morning I am 254.4. I am back on track today and am about to go out and get something for lunch. I know the next week or so will be hard but I've just got to push thru it.
115,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 6,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 45,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.

You know what, this journal post sounds so negative and that will get me nowhere. Yes, I was bad this weekend, but that is in the past. I am about to head to the grocery store and stock up on the Atkins foods that I really do enjoy and get right back on track. I can do this!!!

I don't think you're alone on the bad weekend bit. I know I ate like crap all weekend & I see that my "chatty" friends are suddenly silent. I suspect that is because they, like me, are trying to forget the mistakes of this past weekend lol. It happens. All we can do is move forward.

I think you are right. I saw alot of "confessions" about weekend binges popping up. I went to the grocery store and stocked up on some good food and I feel better. I think I have it set in my mind that once I have a little slip I can't get back on track but I know that's not true. You just have to have your mind set. :)

I think most of us are pretty much in the same club - Time to recover and regroup lol - we can do this!

Yes perserverance is everything and knowing we are not alone in this struggle. The ups and downs of taking care of my weight/health issue has made me much more humble and compasionate. ♡♥♡
