TOM was 3/30, so today is day-11. It is a good day to start over. I started with Hi-Def Sculpt with 3-lbs weights, which should be easy if I were in fit. It wasn't so bad, but I got so hot that felt nauseate. I am limiting my coffee intake under 4-cup a day, but I still need to drink more water, consciously.
