So my carb fest cost me a pound. I am right back on the diet now though and it hasn't been that hard. I am a little happy that I cheated because I realized that I don't really need that food. It tasted good, but I have broken the addiction I had to it. A pound is not that bad. I will have it gone by Sunday!!!
