Well I finally have seen results, not a lot, but 1 lbs is better then gaining I guess! I am going to try to start fresh on Monday, we will see what happens, due to the fact that I keep saying that! I really want to start over, I just don't have the time right now. I guess as long as I am seeing results I should be happy, but I am really not...I want to see more! I know a lot of you are having a hard time also, but if we stick together we can get through this rough time! I am so proud of everyone for not just giving up...hang in there, we can do this, we are all worth it so much! Keep your chins up! Happy Easter to you all!!![color=indigo][/color]

Wow - you've lost a LOT of weight!!! That's incredible - I'm needing to do detox again, but just can't get in the right mindset. Your post is very inspiring - keep it up, buddy!!!

It is tough! good luck to you! I just did two days detox.. I am putting no loss down to being on holiday too relaxed!

Your chart is soooo great! You can do it. You've made it this far and should feel very proud. Don't forget you are losing inches too, so that may be why the pounds are not coming off as quickly. Inches are great (that's what I'm finding out). Keep SMASHING girlfriend!!
