Well I am having a horrible week so far! INLAW issues & I have a stepdaughter, from my husbands previous girlfriend, whom we havent seen in 2 yrs tat just came to town w/MY MOTHERINLAW unannounced! FAMILY ISSUES SUCK! Anyway...I am not really focused on eating right now because of my MOOD! I am fixing to get up & paint a second coat of "FROG LIME GREEN"in my daughter & sons bathroom to try to get motivated with life!

110,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,3 kg. Aún para ir: 42,6 kg. Dieta seguida: Poco.

Hang in there! Family issues are big. Do the best you can.

I agree with Sara! Family issues can be very damaging and difficult. I wish you the best. Do something to make you feel better and more in control...hopefully that'll help your mood.

Keep your chin up and things will cool down. Family can really make or break your day, especially those darn in laws!!!!

It'll be ok... I have a step daughter too, and YES... we've had our ups and downs, even with my mother in law but I think we've finally learned to work things out and when to keep our mouths shut, LOL

Good luck dealing with the family issues - try not to let it derail you! A long walk might help - in the opposite direction from whoever is annoying you! ;)

Don't let them determine the steps you want to take to make yourself better!! I know that is so easy to say, and much harder to do. But try to keep that on your mind. Families - the necessary evil!!! ;)

Taking control of what I can control usually makes a huge difference. Try it, don't eat comfort food, stick to it and you'll feel great for it.
