Surprise, surprise. Whatever it was--mainly the effect from TOM--is coming back to normal, I guess. My weight finally move down although I didn't do any workout yesterday and had big dinner day before yesterday. This really reminds me that I need to be patient when things don't reflect what I'm trying. As long as I am working on the right track, it will be alright.
