Feeling very very exhaust since waking up. It is all due to TOM. I probably skip today's 30-minutes elliptical. I am so dysfunctional from yesterday, and there are things to do just piling up... I need to release my stress and exhaustion. I noticed that I am not drinking water as much as I should. I don't like cold drink, but especially around this time of the month, I really have to drink water more. I may warm up my water in microwave and drink it.
I know my weight is going up. There are two possible reason: my body cycle and lower calorie intake. The first is absolutely the contribution. The latter, I am not sure, but I may try increase my food a little. My forcus at this point is 1)keeping weight lower than 118, and 2)continuing workout to make my body healthy. Of course I am disappointed of my weight gain after reaching 115, but I cannot focus only for the short term change. I believe my weight will come down soon as long as I keep my good diet/workout habit.
