I worked out a schedule door weight loss that will get me down to 145 Lbs by the end of the year. Weight loss is based on3 lbs per week.
I bought a dress in a size 14 and it will look great if I can get down below 180.
My husband has finally given up on me. He does not believe that I can lose the weight. My worst fear has come true Greg views me as a failure. I have to do this on my own now. It hurts to know and see that look in his face. In fact, I don't think I can even look him in the eye knowing what a failure he sees me as...I have to do this alone, and on my own. From today forward I will never discuss my weight with him, or my working out. I need to separate myself from him emotionally so that I can focus on myself. I've always put him first, and doing things with him came before doing things for me. Not anymore..
