Well...another pound down...it is good that I am still seeing results, but I think I am going to go back to Phase 1 on Monday...just to mix things up, maybe this way I will see more results! I feel wonderful and am very glad I am still loosing, but it isn't enough, I want to see great results...I think mixing things up will help a lot. Keep up the great work everyone and have a fantastic weekend!
