I have been adding new foods also cause I found myself getting board with the food It doesnt seem to effect my diet yet and I am still loosing. I do however on the days I eat them tend to increase xercise for that day.I was like a child having a lollypop when I found the wholegrain Weetbix and I had it hot with the fake sugar and cream it makes me feel good to sit down every second morning and have cereal with my kids. I also have this low carb bread every 3rd day only one peice but it is like heaven. I also now and then have the low carb Ice cream which is only 2.3 carbs per serve. Let me know of the new foods you are trying I would like to add a bit more variety.
