Although I went to bed 12:30 am last night, I waked around 4:30 am once. I woke up after 5:30 and then started my workout at 6. Surprisingly, I didn't feel tired today. I don't know why. And my weight came down too, and I feel a little strange. Maybe my body get used to morning workout routine. Or, I do better with short sleep for energy level wise. I used to sleep less than six hours at night since my teens, so my body actually feel better that way...? Oh, well. I'll see. The important thing is that listen what my body says, right? If I feel better, it's good. If I feel tired for more than three days, then I may need to change or do something.
