Dont listen to those kind of comments. They assume it's bad. Years ago when I did it... i had the same kind of pressure, so i went and had some blood work done. my Colesterol and everything else looked great! i had been on the diet and went from a tight size 18 to a size 8 in 7 months! I worked my butt off to get there.. but I did it. And I didnt shut down or even become weak. I have really bad stomach problems and the problems ceased after i started this diet. I have a problem with reflux and have a hienal hernia... however you spell that! in any case... it was so much better for me and is improving daily now that i'm back on the diet. People just have been preached that low fat is the key to a healthy heart and all else is bad, bad, bad! Get your blood work done and then do it again later. Maybe once things level out and look wonderful, they will shut up. Can you tell? I hate the comments too! hahahah.. but I know what made me thin and what made me feel the best i've ever felt in years and that's the ATKINS diet. NO other diet i've tried has made me feel so energetic and good! And i've tried many diets. I hate the feeling that i'm starving! No one should have to starve to lose weight. Depriving of something is different.... it's things we dont need.. but wont starve if we dont have! LOL. I would rather deprive myself of a craving than starve at the dinner table because i'm sooo afraid of the fat i'm putting in my body. Hang in there girl!!!! You are doing great and they will eat their words real soon when they see your results! :)
