One pound is kinda dissappointing but I went into a reg store and bought a size 18 jeans. Not 18 stretchy, or plus size, just regular and they fit. Really fit, I dont have to hold my breath or lie down to zip them up hehe. So I'll say phooey to the scale and yea to smaller clothes :)

You are doing great...keep up the good work! 1 pound at a time doesn't seem like much, but in the long run it will be a lot! Like you said you were able to purchase size 18 and they look good and that is what matters! Keep up the good work!
