Good afternoon! My BG this morning was 114. I got my new sneakers on, tied my pedometer to my laces and went for my 1st long walk in years. It took me an hour down and back and but I did good but was very happy to sit for awhile afterwards lol. I have no idea how far I actually went. I would love to get a pedometer that keeps track of the distance walked as well. Is there a pedomter that anyone here can recommend?

I have a little, inexpensive pedometer that will tell me strides and distance. I got it at Wal-Mart. And good for you. You should be very proud of yourself.
