So frustrating! The scale refuses to move.

OK, so I haven't been exactly "on the wagon" the past 2 weeks, I haven't been out to run in a week and have only worked out "half-a$$ed" two times. So ok, I take responsiblity for that. No more, I'm back at it TODAY.

BUT, during my little work out hiatus, I have been good about what and how much I'm eating.

Still, the scale doesn't move. I am grateful that it doesn't move UP!

I guess that's why we call life a work in progress, huh?
