OMG! Im in soooo much pain from these classes I've been taking. Oh well as they always say no pain no gain!! Today is a rest day and I will be back at it again tomorrow. My weeks look like this till the end of January:

Monday night - Zumba
Tuesday night - Pound Fitness
Wednesday - Rest Day
Thursday afternoon - Country Heat
Friday night - Night Club Pound Fitness
Saturday morning - Pound Fitness
Sunday - Rest Day

I've been eating reasonably well with one slip up and that was Wednesday for lunch when I went out with the girls from work. Temptation is everywhere!!! I've been drinking at least 3 Litres of water a day and logging everything I eat and drink out side the water.

My daughter keeps telling me to remember baby steps, everything is gonna happen in baby steps. Sometimes it hard to let it happen in baby steps, sometimes you just want to throw in the towel on the whole adventure. Well I'm not gonna do that! I have signed up for these classes and a 3 month membership so I best keep my mindset into this and keep striving for a better tomorrow!!!
