down another 3.4 pounds from last week; I am so pleased with my weight loss.

Howdy, howdy... Had a great day. Trying to figure out what I can do at night to end the "growling" belly I get just before I go to bed. Thought I had it taken care of, but I was mistaken. Going to try something else and see if that works. Weigh-in is tomorrow morning, hoping I had another good week of weight loss.

Woke up feeling good. Almost to my goal for my blood sugar levels for "wake-up." Got my weight workout done.
Hoping to have my night time snack in check; will find out by the end of the week. Had a great morning blood sugar, for me anyway, hoping to have a good one tomorrow morning as well.

The Mission Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortilla helped last night, so I will be sticking with them. I need to cut back on eating potato chips but have been doing loads better since starting my weight loss journey. I used to eat an entire bag now it is one or two servings; making progress.
I have figured out one of my triggers to wanting to eat, my 23 yr. old son. Don't get me wrong I love him to pieces but he knows how to push those buttons with me. I need to figure out how to ignore the way he does things and worry about myself & my health.
Got my Walking workout done; I feel so good after I exercise. Weigh-in in 4 days and I have to say that I am looking forward to it. Time to get dinner ready, catch ya later.
Had a good day; got my snacks for the day under 500 calories, hoping to keep it that way.

Got a good night's sleep. Morning blood sugar still not where I want it to be, even though it is 8 pts. lower than a couple of days ago, so I will try the Mission Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortilla with my lean ham tonight for a snack and see what that does.
Got my weight workout done for the week; will be increasing rounds from 3 to 4 next week and leave it there for a couple of weeks. I'm feeling good. My husband and I will be meeting with our dietitian next week to go over what we have been doing for the last 2 weeks.
Had a great day. Tried the Mission Low carb Whole Wheat Tortilla Shells tonight with lean ham, 2 slices of pickle, 2 slices tomato, some onion and a tsp of mayo along with some chips; it was great and I was not hungry an hour later so I think I found my evening snack. I stop eating 3 hours before I go to bed; was told to do that by our dietitian. Will see what my blood sugar is in the morning.
