Did my walking video workout. Need to figure out what to do for a snack at night that will fill me up and not cause me to be hungry an hour after I eat it. i'm thinking of trying the low carb tortilla shells by Mission to see if that helps; it will add a nice dose of fiber and hopefully keep me full.
Discovered tonight that my husband is having the same issue I am at night with being hungry. I picked up the Mission Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortilla's today hope fully they will help us both on the hunger issue at night.
Have our league bowling tonight, looking forward to it.

Just did my weigh in, I lost almost 11 pounds. I am so happy right now.

Did my first day of The Walk Diet with Leslie Sansone and loved it; weightlifting tomorrow. Got dinner in the crock pot on low heat, trying the Slow-Cooked Pork Roast recipe my husband shytown teddy bear found on the fatsecret website. Time to do my housework (vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, mopping floors) catch you all later.
Vacuuming, sweeping and dusting are done, took 55 mins. Will do the mopping tonight after everyone is in bed. time to get lunch ready so I can eat at 2 o'clock.
My blood sugar was awesome when I tested two hours after eating lunch. Dinner turned out great; lefts overs for tomorrow night's dinner. Drank four 23.8 ounce bottles of water today; my goal is between 4 & 5 bottles a day. Measuring everything I eat is getting better, still find it a pain, but if I want to get control of my blood sugar, A1C and my weight I need to do it. Time for bed.

Happy New Year!!!!!! With all the festivities last night to ring in the new year I stayed within my daily allowances; went a little over on carbs but I will get that back in check today. got the Christmas decorations down, my weight workout done and now to relax for the rest of the day.
managed to keep things in check today, in fact I was under my calorie intake, lowered my protein and my fiber intake is good. Still getting used to measuring and keeping track of everything, but all in all it is going pretty good. I have my first weigh-in on Wednesday, can't wait to see how that goes.

I did not do a journal entry yesterday, so I will do one today. so far this new diet is working out quite well.. I have spaced my meals & snacks to 3 to 3 1/2 hours (depending on if I am hungry)a part which gives me 3 meals and 1 to 2 snacks. my exercise starts on January 1st. I will be doing weights Monday, Wednesday, Friday and a walking video every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
