Woohoo I'm on my 3rd day. My sugar cravings are terrible. I had a teaspoon of peanut butter last night and a couple of pecans to somewhat satisfy my sweet tooth. I knew I should have bought some sugar free candy to ease it when I was at the grocery store. I'm feeling good today though. I plan to excercise with weights today and do some sit up excercises. Maybe there still is hope for me yet. The scale is looking good. I'm hoping to lose 10 lbs in the 2 week induction period, 140s by April. That would be cool.

Made it through the first day.. Everytime I try this diet I get the snackies at night. I have to go to the grocery store and go shopping for me. I almost "forgot" I was on a this diet a couple times and out of habit went for some pop. I tell myself I really need to lose this weight.

Well here I am again trying to lose the same amount of weight as before. I lost 32 out of the 38 lbs last time I was on this diet and when I went off I gained it all back. Since last time I was serious about dieting I divorced, met a new man, had another baby, and gained 3 step kids. We plan to marry in January. I have 7 kids total now, life is chaotic. Keep in mind its been like 3 years since I last was on here. I live in Minnesota. This year the weather sucks. It rained everyday except 3 days in June. Now that the nice hot weather is here the deer flies are terrible. I went for a walk and there was like 12 of them flying around us. I can't even weed my garden w/o wearing a hat. Its going to be a tough ride losing the weight. I plan to exercise at least 3 days a week in any way shape or form. My fiance has weights, an ab lounge, an ab coaster, and at work they have an exercise bike so there"s really no excuse not to do something. Also I have stairs in my house. Also I need to stretch more. I need to get motivated.
