My migraine only went away when I went to bed last night. It must have been something environmental because everyone felt terrible. When I got home I still felt so bad I just started eating things hoping it would make me feel better. I didn't go too crazy, but I probably shouldn't have eaten that left over lo mein. I did go to yoga though, and I forgot how much I love it. It's my special treat to myself. I think I'm going to try to practice at home too (it's only once a week after all). I have cardio and abs again today. It'll kick my ass.

I looked online and it said that with moderate activity I can consume up to 1600-1500 calories per day and lose the weight I want by the time I want to. If I'm sedentary I can only have 1200 calories (and that's for sure eaten by 4 PM). So I'll have to work out so I can eat, because I can def work out, but I dont know if I can cut back on food.
