went over three points, thanks to pizza and a protein bar that ended up being four points.Oh well, not too bad, still. Today is another day! looking forward to weigh in Monday.

Did good today- followed points and made a healthy chicken dinner out of the Weight Watchers cookbook. It was okay, filling for sure.

Starting over today! I created a "Biggest Loser" competition at work, so five of us are going to lose a ton by May 31. My goal is to lose 30 pounds so I can enjoy my backyard- the lake- this summer! And I'm hitting 40!
I get 22 points a day at this weight.
