Something is wrong with my diet, I know I am not eating what I should. I've been getting very sleepy in the afternoon. I changed my shift at work and work a straight 6 hour shift. I need to get out of bed earlier and eat a bigger breakfast. I'm not getting home until 2:20 and that is usually the first time I eat except for an oz of nuts and a sausage or boiled egg. Maybe I need to do the 50 gram of protein first thing with lots of veggies. I also have not improved at all in crossfit. Not getting stronger, can't do pull ups yet or toes to bar or push ups. My legs hurt all the time, the left feels like a hamstring or sciatic, the right knee is painful and now my ankles hurt cause I'm trying to improve my non-existant dorsiflexion. Whatever, gonna do it again tomorrow anyways and fix my diet first thing.
