Fruit and muller yogurt. I will need to mix it up soon. Any brekkie suggestions?

I have decided that I want to loose a further 60 pounds. Around ten years ago, after a long period of loosing weight and then putting it back on faster than a suspended belt pinging of my large thigh.
I decided that the problem was not loosing the weight but keeping it off. So o decided that I would have a gastric band, some may say it’s cheating but I can honestly say it was not. I had nights of food getting stuck in the band causing vomiting and something called dumping which I won’t go into. But despite it all I would not change the decision that I made. I went from 23 stone to 14 and have sat there comfy for about 8 years. However I have had a illness of late and I have put on 12 pounds. So here I am. It looks a great site with loads of support and friendship and I’m looking forward to meeting you all xx

Hi.
After spending loads of time looking through weight loss trackers, I think I like this one the most.
Can you let me know if it really helps and is it worth the premium price
