After realising that I can access this site on my computer as well as my phone, I can now see all the bits and bobs people have been telling me about, hence the new profile picture.
I have to say that there is so much more to look at and have a play around with on the website and not just the phone app. Who would have know??? lol.
Yesterday I decided that I would have a day off and spend the day with my mum and sister, after a spot of shopping, we stopped in a local restaurant and ordered, with out thinking I ordered a salad and balsamic dressing instead of a mayonnaise. Which was amazing, it was only when my sister tucked in to a chocolate tiffin that I could have had something a lot nicer than a salad. However I was rather impressed that I did this without thinking.
It also left me in a good position for when we went for a Bubble Tea. To say I was a little unsure about what my sister was getting us into (she tried it a week ago whilst out with a friend and has been craving it for a week since)
So for those of you that don't know what this Bubble tea is about, let me enlighten you.
1. First you have to decide on what size you would like.
2. The you choose your flavour, and if you want it hot or cold, made with water or milk.
3. You then decide the sweetness and how much ice you would like in your tea, and if you want it blended or just left.
4. The you choose your bubble flavour. So these bubbles are fruit flavoured bubbles that pop in your mouth, giving you a taste of a sweet syrup.
I for one, hate fruit tea and as previously stated I was not looking forward to tasting it.
HOWEVER, I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. They make your drink to order and then the bubbles will float to the bottom of the glass, hence the size of the straw, they are sucked up as you drink your drink. If you drank to quick the bubble hit the back of your throat and then pop. They look bigger balls of caviar.
Such a strange sensation.
I have to admit that I liked it and also our mum liked it, which is more than odd considering the combination she had. Kiwi fruit and Cherry. She hates Cherry and is not that keen on Kiwi.
Lets see what other firsts that can be done during this terrible time.
