ugh! I feel like a big fatty-patty today. Im feeling really bloated & chubby. The scale isnt making me feel any better (up 1.8 lbs) Tomorrow is new years eve and I have a little black dress to fit into- this isnt looking good. Im noticing that I need to start consuming more of my calories in the MORNING instead of at NIGHT. I need to start drinking more water also, so that Im not feeling as bloated.

So, Christmas is over. Thank goodness! I gained a little, so if they lasted any longer, the damage would have been worse!! Off to the gym. Motivation is the hardest part. Im leaving for vacation soon though and would like to get some energy & feel better about myself by then.
Went to the gym, feel better. did an ok job about eating better. Got a bit of a sweet tooth this afternoon, but just sucked on a hard cinnamon candy to get rid of it.

So, I think Im off to a pretty good start this week. I ate fairly healthy, though I did snack a bit on junk. I need to put junk food out of sight. I think that is the problem- If I see it, I want to eat it. (and there's alot of junk around right now with the holidays here!) I think I need to schedule a junk food round-up. Round-up all of the junk food that I have sitting around on my counters & in the cupboards and either toss them or give them away. That way the temptation is not even there.
