Last Week was a blow-out week for me. I am now done with stress-binging & am back on track. Restarting today. I looked at myself in the mirror & I saw my body coming back into shape - again. I am looking forward to reclaiming my health and well being.
I like the way that I feel when I am in great shape.
That is what I reach for. Remembering that and seeing results in the mirror are part of my inspiration(s) at this time, that and the Fact that the man who spoke-up for me came by about 1 month ago to let me know that he is still interested.... He is definately my main inspiration really.
Definately!! Back on track & focus ...Determination, Dedication & Focus...

I totally splurged on Blackberry cobbler. I also made some homemade bread that turned out to be pretty good too!!
I know what I was doing as I splurged, but I was stressing & was glad for a lil' comfort food. I know that when I made it I was being calorie conscience as well so when I ate it I was thinking more about the calories that I was saving by not adding as much sugar & butter than on my focusing on the Xtra calories that I was ingesting...
I am picking things up from here & am now serriously on my way out of the 150's into the 140's - Two Weeks... I will be waving good by to the 150's within 2 weeks... :)

I am feeling much better about my diet regimen. My body is begining to show some results. I feel very good about things..physically. I am looking at recipes - I LOVE to cook .. and I have gone from looking at recipes made with butter to Beautiful recipes made with butter spray & Olive Oil.
The photos of the natural colors of the fruits reminds me of the flavors of them as well and that seems to make my waist feel smaller as I read them as opposed to looking at the Gorgeous chocolate recipes and feeling fatter by the time I am done reding them.
Anyways, I am doing & feeling great. I am anxiously looking forward to taking my position with my families buisness... very soon now. I just have to get in shape for it. I want to feel my best when they do come; untill then I have to try not to overdo things i.e.... I was doing so great and then after my 3rd 12 mile hike- 3 days in a roe- I splurged on some pretty rich foods and then I woke-up the next morning with swollen ankles! They were swollen all the way up to my knees! This is day 3 of resting but today I am going to do a lil' walking & a short hike... I just can't stay out of the sunshine & fresh air. My ankles have almost gone down completely.
I think that I will just keep up the good work & not overdo things.

I am doing pretty well. I am getting back on a good eating habit & keeping pretty busy outdoors.
I am not doing so well on the 20lbs in 4 weeks - I am losing the weight but I am not doing it by eating sushii - I did not know that was the requirement when I signed-up for the challenge- I am not certain that that counts or not.
But I feel good about myself & feel a bit rejuvinated from within.
I hope that others are feeling the same.

Hello.
After I did housework & yardwork this morning I went for a 6 mile hike & took photographs. I came back thirsty & tired.
I am having a hard time staying away from food today. I am succeeding but it is because I am putting in effort. I wanted something sweet and sticky Again... and so I reached for a dill pickle Again.. it helped.
I just think of the progress that I have made so far & started thinking of how many more sit-ups that I should do a day & how many more push-ups that I should do... after my nap.
Determination-Dedication-and a pat on the back... :)
